The Galaxy Ride partnership focused on students and individuals with reduced access to museums, particularly those centered on space science. We brought the museum to them through informal education activities designed to spark a sense of wonder about the total solar eclipse.

While I conducted information education many times before, Galaxy Ride allowed me to work with larger groups in outdoor, hands-on settings. I also spoke to my largest audience to date—a stadium of 13,000 people!
